Whether you're looking for the right vintage Valentine's Day dress or if you've long been in search of the perfect 60s mod outfit, this red velvet dress is one of the most unique pieces we've seen in a while.
It combines the glamour of the 1930s with velvet, one of the most popular materials of the 1940s, all while mixing in a 60s babydoll cut and the sparkle of rhinestone buttons.
It's easy to move/dance in, and the collar gives it a little something special.
Another thing we love about this velvet dress?
The fact that it looks awesome on a variety of body types.
This dress proves that it's possible to be both sexy and comfortable at the same time.
Good vintage condition, with some flaws outlined below:
1. One button is missing on the front of the dress. I would probably remove the other one to even things up, but it's up to you! You may also want to switch out the buttons entirely, but again, that's up to your preference.
2. There is a mark on the dress where the missing button was as you can see in the photos, and there is one mark near the hem where at one time, someone must have placed a sensor. Not really noticeable when worn (again, see the photos) but I always want to be honest and describe things as accurately as is possible.
This vintage 1960s dress likely best fits a modern US size Medium-Large, and is meant to have a relaxed/oversized fit to it. Please see exact measurements below to ensure a proper and comfortable fit.
Total Length of Dress: 37"
