About Philippe Venet:
Mr. Venet worked for Schiaparelli and was an assistant to Hubert de Givenchy in the 1950s, meaning that he had a direct influence on the design of many fashions worn by Audrey Hepburn on film.
Venet also opened his own couture house in 1962, the house closed in 1996.
